Enjoy an exclusive gathering of cider makers presenting at the 4th annual Cider Swig at the Cider Makers Dinner on September 29, 2017.
The limited* seating 6-course dinner will again feature extraordinary local chefs and regional cider makers in a special blend of flavors and fun.
Cider makers will be present to share tasting techniques and cider lore, explain the process – from orchard to glass, and more. Ciders will also be used throughout the dishes prepared. Six small plate courses will be paired to each cider course.
The evening's ambiance, set with multi-textural acoustic guitar by Rob Rigoni, will revolve around an authentic farm-fresh theme. Committed to using the freshest ingredients grown and produced by our Pierce County farmers and fishers, locally-grown and sourced foods will be proudly paired with select craft ciders.
