4th Annual Winter Sip & Stroll Returns February 9

The Winter version of the Gig Harbor Downtown Waterfront Alliance’s popular Sip & Stroll series will help take the bite out of the cold on Saturday, February 9, from 12 pm – 4 pm.  The crowd-pleasing wine and food tasting event, sponsored by Anthony’s at Gig Harbor, will find attendees sipping and then strolling along Gig Harbor’s waterfront sampling Northwest wines, brews, spirits and tasty small bites in downtown stores, restaurants, galleries and non-profits serving as “Stroll Stops.”

Taking place just before Valentine’s Day each year, the Winter Sip & Stroll offers enthusiastic taste testers shopping opportunities and the perfect occasion to “love the wine they’re with.”  Brews from 7 Seas Brewing and Gig Harbor Brewing, and spirits from Heritage Distilling will also be featured.  The Alliance will provide complimentary shuttle transportation throughout the waterfront to make it easy to visit all the Stroll Stops. Early Bird tickets are $35 in advance and save $10 off the day of event price through February 2nd at bit.ly/wintersipandstroll2019.  Tickets are $40 February 3 - February 8 or $45 at the door on the day of the event if any tickets remain.

Participants receive a tasting glass, 15 sip tickets, and a map to guide their stroll through the Downtown Waterfront.  “Love the Wine You’re With” even more by shopping until 5 pm at the wine store featuring bottled wines served at the Stroll Stops.  The store is located at the registration location at the Brewery Banquet Space at 7 Seas Brewing located at 3006 Judson Street.
