Popular Children’s Store Wins the Drawing for the Next Cash Mob!

Gig Harbor, WA – September 14, 2012 - The next Cash Mob is coming to Gig Harbor to Animal Crackers! The Gig Harbor Historic Waterfront Association invites “Mobtsers” to come to the store on Thursday, September 27, from 4 - 6pm and plan to spend about $20. It's a great way to have some fun, support a local waterfront business, and to buy something nice for the youngsters in your life. After shopping, hungry Mobsters can head over to the historic Tides Tavern, to participate in the "Aftermob" and enjoy the Cash Mob specials they will have to offer.

Animal Crackers is a children’s store specializing in clothing, toys, and maternity items. They opened their doors for business in August 2006 here in Gig Harbor, and were quickly embraced by the community. In October 2007 they moved to their new location in the historic waterfront district. Eric Minor, the store's owner, tells us that they will be offering a free ice cream cone from 4 - 6pm for anyone interested... no purchase required! The store will also offer 20% off all purchases greater than $20 between 4 - 6pm Animal Crackers is located at 3026 Harborview Drive. Visit http://anicrackers.com to learn more about what they have to offer.

Since 1973 the Tides Tavern has been offering great food, friendly service, and an amazing waterfront deck. From their famous clam chowder to their original fish and chips recipes, sandwiches, salads, NW salmon, steaks, pizzas and delicious burgers, it's no wonder the Tides remains a dining mainstay in beautiful Gig Harbor.
