The Early Bird gets the Wine at the October 7th Autumn Sip & Stroll

Gig Harbor, WA – The Gig Harbor Downtown Waterfront Alliance presents its first Autumn Sip & Stroll on Saturday, October 7th from 1pm – 5pm, sponsored by US Bank. The Alliance’s popular tasting event takes patrons on a tour along Gig Harbor’s beautiful waterfront sampling Northwest wines, brews, spirits and tasty small bites at businesses serving as “Stroll Stops.” The First Saturday Art Walk coincides with the event, with most art galleries participating as Stroll Stops. The Alliance will provide complimentary shuttle transportation throughout the waterfront to make it easy to visit them all. Early Bird Tickets are $30 in advance through September 30th on Eventbrite.com or bit.ly/autumnsipandstroll. Beginning October 1st, tickets are $35 through October 6th or $40 on the day of the event if still available.

Participants will receive a tasting glass, 15 sip tickets, and a map to guide their stroll through the Downtown Waterfront. Stroll stops include 7 Seas Brewing, All About U Health & Wellness Clinic, Bella Kitchen and Home Downtown, Better Gym, dolly mama boutique, Ebb Tide Gallery, Gallery Row, Gig Harbor Audio, Gig Harbor Marina & Boatyard, For the Love of Spice, Harbor WildWatch, Heritage Distilling, The Keeping Room, Morso, Sea Hags, Sharon’s Spa & Resale Boutique, Ship to Shore Marine & Kayak, Tickled Pink and The Weathered Cottage.

Featured wineries include Basel Cellars, Bunnell Family Cellars, Carl’s Pond Winery, Chateau Rombeau, Foxy Roxy Wines, Leonys Cellars, Long Cellars, Masquerade Wine Company, Michael Florentino Cellars, Mosquito Fleet Winery, Obelisco Estate, Olalla Vineyard & Winery, Patterson Cellars, Scatter Creek Winery, Twin Cedars Winery and Wachtler Winery. Featured breweries include 7 Seas Brewing Co. and Wet Coast Brewing Company, and spirits from Heritage Distilling Company, Inc.

On the day of the event, the registration area and a wine store with bottled wine featured at the Stroll Stops will be located at 3104 Judson Street, next to 7 Seas Brewing. Parking is available at the Methodist Church on Pioneer and throughout the Downtown Waterfront.
