Chapel on Echo Bay Presents Oktoberfest at The Hub
Chapel on Echo Bay’s second annual Oktoberfest party, will take place Saturday, October 22, 6-9 p.m. at The Hub in Gig Harbor. The popular Kim Archer Band will highlight the festivities that will include, dancing, plus German cuisine.
Tickets are $30 for Chapel Society members and $35 for non-members. They are available at oktoberfestatthehub.brownpapertickets.org and, at the door —depending on availability.
Kim Archer has a loyal following of fans throughout the Pacific Northwest. Her music is a blend of blues, soul and classic rock and her musical style has often been compared to the strong, heartfelt, blues-tinged hits of early Bonnie Raitt.
The festivities, sponsored by Timberland Bank and Taylor-Thomason Insurance Company, is the final benefit concert for the Fox Island chapel’s “Save the Steeple” campaign.
All proceeds will be used for the preservation and restoration of the 116-year-old landmark, the island’s premier venue for weddings, concerts and private events.
