Gig Harbor Chamber of Commerce Legislative Sendoff

Gig Harbor Chamber of Commerce Legislative Sendoff
‘Send ‘Em in the Right Direction’

The Gig Harbor Legislative Sendoff is a lively opportunity for the public and businesses to share top priorities with the District 26 representatives.

If you care about how decisions made in Olympia will impact your life and business next year—and in the years to come—then plan to participate in the 2016 Annual Legislative Sendoff hosted by the Gig Harbor Chamber of Commerce.

Don’t miss this once-a-year chance to meet and hear from your representatives, including Rep. Michelle Caldier, Rep. Jesse Young, Senator Jan Angel and many other city and county officials and community leaders. It is also the perfect time to share your most important priorities and send them into the upcoming legislative session with your voices ringing in their ears.

The Gig Harbor Chamber, Association of Washington Business (AWB) and other Washington chamber priorities include transportation funding, education and workforce gaps, escalating minimum wages, job creation and economic growth.

Be prepared to share your own priorities. Don’t be shy—but do be respectful.

See you at the 2016 Annual Legislative Sendoff, Friday, January 8, 5:30-7:00 PM at Tacoma Community College - Gig Harbor Campus. FREE and open to public. RSVP by calling the Chamber office at 253-851-6865 or by visiting the Chamber Community Calendar at
