Gig Harbor Farm Tour Coming October 6th

The Key Peninsula Farm Tour was established in 2006 by Trillium Creek Winery as a participant of Pierce County/WSU HarvestFEST. Local farmers established the Key Peninsula Farm Council, a committee of the Key Peninsula Community Council (KPC), and assumed responsibility for the farm tours when government funding for the program was depleted. The Longbranch (LIC) Fiber Arts Show joined the tour in 2007, and Key Pen Gateway Park is the newest destination in 2012. Presently over two dozen farms participate in the event.
