PenMet Parks 8th Annual Spring Easter Egg Hunt

Peninsula residents can create a new family tradition with loads of happy memories by attending the 8th annual Spring Easter Egg Hunt hosted by PenMet Parks District. The event will be held on Saturday, April 4th from 12 to 2pm at Sehmel Homestead Park, 10123 78th St NW, Gig Harbor.                  

 The egg hunt areas are divided into age groups and flow continuously throughout the event so every child is guaranteed a chance to find eggs and win great prizes. Avoid the noon rush and show up anytime before 2pm. Visit with the Easter Bunny and have your photo taken for a small fee. Free Children's Petting Zoo courtesy of Miracle Ranch. Find our about PenMets summer camps, get your face painted, snack on some of the light concessions, and enjoy the fun! Gig Harbor Academy will be sponsoring the event and will have a fun filled activity booth for all to stop by and enjoy. We hope to see you all there!

Looking for more? Then Hop on over for Tea with the Easter Bunny in the Sehmel Homestead Park Pavilion! This special event will take place just prior to the start of PenMet's 8th annual Easter Egg Hunt. Admission includes free 4x6 photo with the Easter Bunny, Tea, Cookies, Juice, Muffins and a Special VIP Easter Egg Hunt! Special appearance from the Spring Fairy who will stop by to read the children her favorite Easter Fairy-tale. Kids can also enter to win in the Easter coloring contest too! $8.00 per person -Tickets must be purchased in advance - all children must be accompanied by a paid adult.

No registration required. A $2 per child donation is suggested with all the money going toward the event.
