Special Preview of the 9/11 Memorial Exhibit at the Harbor History Museum

Gig Harbor, WA; Friday, October 14, 2011 – 5:30 - 7:30 pm - The Harbor History Museum is honored to be the temporary home of the 9/11 memorial artifact, brought from New York to Gig Harbor earlier this year by our Firefighters Lt. Kent Cooper, Josh Bissenas, Rob McCoy, and Ryan Watson. The artifact will be on public display in the museum lobby during the fundraising campaign by the Gig Harbor Firefighters’ Association to build the 9/11 Memorial Garden at Station 51 on Kimball Drive.

Join us on Friday, October 14, 5:30 to 7:30 pm, as we unveil this temporary exhibit and pay tribute to the lives lost on September 11, 2001 and during the days that followed.

Refreshments will be provided.
