Summer Sounds at Skansie Will Include Restaurant Delivery

Gig Harbor, Wash. – June 7, 2011 – The City of Gig Harbor, along with its sponsors CenturyLink and St. Anthony Hospital once again present Summer Sounds at Skansie concert series beginning Tuesday June 28th and running through August 23rd.

Once again this year, guests at the park will be able to place their dinner orders and have dinner delivered directly to their spot in the park. Three restaurants from the historic downtown area will be providing this service. This year’s participants will be The Tides Tavern - serving burgers, fish and chips, pizza and more, Kelly’s Café and Espresso – serving burgers, sandwiches, salads and more, and Brix 25 – serving sliders, cheese and cured meat plates, chips and drinks.

Concert attendees can look for the well marked attendants from each of these restaurants and place their order, or call the restaurant ahead of time for delivery at a specific time.

Additional restaurants in the downtown area will be serving their regular hours for concert-goers to stop by.
